RULES AND GUIDELINES:
1. Complete and submit the Exogen PH Application form along with your payment by October 20, 2026
2. You may submit up to 3 videos, each with a duration between 2 to 4 minutes.
3. Ensure your video/s align with the style of the category you're applying for.
4. Videos must be unedited, free from special effects, and well-lit.
5. Pole can either be static or spin.
6. You can apply for multiple categories, but a separate fee is required for each entry.
7. For Show Group, submit separate forms and payment for each member. It's 45usd Application Fee and 80usd Finalist Fee per member. Maximum of 4 members.

- Fresh New Face: For pole dancers who are new to the competitive scene and have never participated in a pole competition.
- New Face: For pole dancers who have joined a pole exotic competition but has never placed nor won.
- Professional: For pole dancers who have placed in a pole exotic competition and are ready to compete at a higher level, showcasing their advanced skills and experience.
