Property Owner Acknowledgement
The property owner acknowledges full responsibility for their tenant and all activity occurring on the property. Any HOA fines or violation notices will be issued directly to the homeowner. Additionally, the homeowner confirms that they have provided the tenant with a copy of the HOA rules and regulations. The lease submitted to the board must be in writing and must explicitly show that the tenant has acknowledged receiving the community's governing documents and has agreed to comply with them.
