    Beautiful Savior's strategic plan has five major goals, and there will be five objectives for achieving each of those goals. The five major goals focus on the five functions of the church—Witness, Worship, Fellowship, Nurture, and Service. For each section of this questionnaire, you will read a paragraph that imagines that area of Beautiful Savior as it will be in five years. You will also read a measurable way we know we've achieved that goal. There will then be a few questions per section for you to answer. After you complete the questions in all five sections, there will be a brief demographics section.

    We believe God has placed ideas on your heart and the hearts of others. The best and most effective strategic plans come from listening to how God is inspiring all of us rather than relying on the ideas of only a few people. Our prayer is that your investment in time, energy, and input will allow us to gather those ideas and have a clearer picture of where God is leading us all. We will equip people to speak naturally about their faith, invite others into Christian community, welcome guests with warmth, and carry Christ's compassion into the world through generous service. As the Body of Christ, evangelism is the mouth of the body sharing the words of Jesus, and outreach is the hands and feet of Jesus showing God's love in practical ways.
