• I understand that participating in a Zumba class involves physical activity and carries risks, including possible injury. I agree to participate voluntarily and at my own risk.
• I confirm that I am physically able to take part in this class. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician before participating if I have any health concerns, injuries, medical conditions, or if I am pregnant, post-natal, or recovering from surgery.
• I agree to stop exercising immediately if I feel pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any unusual symptoms and to inform the instructor right away.

• I give permission to take and use photos or videos of me for lawful purposes, including websites, social media, and promotional materials, without payment.

  I understand that these images may be edited, copied, published, or shared, and I waive the right to inspect or approve the final use. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation.

By signing below, I release and hold harmless the instructor, staff, and organizers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in the class, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
