• Book Your Revenue Review!

  • Five minutes. You'll tell us about your business and pay, then we'll send your agreement and everything you need to pull your records.

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • (Acuity):

One extra file your Review will need

Acuity books appointments well, but it does not record what you actually got paid — no tips, no processing fees, no refunds in any file it produces. Its own revenue reports leave those out.

So we will also need an export from whoever handles your card payments, Stripe or Square. Without it there is no money analysis, and the money analysis is most of the report.

  • (Square, StyleSeat, Phorest, Booksy, Mangomint):

Read this before you pay — what your platform will and won't give us

Your platform will give us your complete sales history: every transaction, what each service earned, who paid and how. That is the bulk of the Review and it comes through in full — revenue, pricing, which services earn least per hour, client retention, and what each chair contributes to the shop.

What it will not give us is your appointment book. That data exists inside the platform, but there is no way to export it — not on a higher plan, not by asking support.

So your report will not be able to tell you how full your week actually is, which hours sit empty, or what cancellations and no-shows are costing you. Those sections appear in your report with a plain explanation instead of a number.

We would rather you knew that now than found it on page four.

  • (Squire, Schedulicity):

We can't promise you a Review on this platform yet

We have not been able to confirm that your system will let you export records we can actually work with — and we will not take your money on a guess.

If you are on Schedulicity: it was acquired by Vagaro and the old app no longer loads for most people. Log in and check before anything else.

Submit this anyway. It costs you nothing, we will look at what your platform can actually produce, and we will come back to you either way.

  • (None / paper book):

There is nothing to review yet — and that is worth saying plainly

A Revenue Review reads the records your system already keeps. On paper, those records do not exist in a form anyone can analyse, and we are not going to charge you to type your appointment book into a spreadsheet.

What we can do is talk about getting you onto something that keeps these records from now on. Submit this and we will be in touch.

  • Can you export appointment and payment reports from it?*
  • How far back do your records go in the system you use now?*
  • There isn't enough history yet — and that's worth saying plainly.

A Revenue Review reads a year of your records to find what's repeating. Under three months there isn't enough to tell a real pattern from a run of ordinary luck, and we're not going to charge you for a report built on that.

Submit this anyway — it costs you nothing. We'll note where you are and come back to you once you've got a season behind you. In the meantime, the one thing worth doing is making sure your system is recording what you'll want to look at later.

  • Not sure is the normal answer. Here's how to find out in two minutes.

Open your booking software and go to your reports or your sales history. Set the date range back as far as it will let you go. Whatever date it stops at — that's your answer.

If it turns out to be less than three months, come back and change your answer above. We'd rather tell you now that it's too early than take your money and tell you after.

  • How many locations do you own or manage?*
  • Each Review covers one location. If you'd like more than one reviewed, each is booked separately.

  • The Location

  • As soon as you submit this form:

    1. Your agreement arrives by email. It comes from DocuSign, usually within a few minutes. Read it, initial the nine acknowledgements and sign — about three minutes, and you can do the whole thing on your phone. If it hasn't turned up in ten minutes, check your spam folder.

    2. Your intake questionnaire follows. Your case ID is already filled in. This is where you tell us how the shop is set up, how you charge, and what you're actually trying to fix.

    3. Then you send us your records. We'll tell you exactly which exports to pull from your booking platform and walk you through getting them. If something can't be exported, say so — we'd rather mark a section unmeasured than guess at it.

    4. Book your kickoff call. There's a link in your confirmation email. Fifteen minutes, whenever suits you, and it's optional — but it's the quickest way to make sure we're digging into the right things.

Once your records are in and we've confirmed we can work with them, your report lands within 48 hours.

  • ****If your providers run their own booking systems****

Your records won't contain their appointments, so once yours are in we'll email each of them and ask for their export. They get five days.

That means your report follows their deadline, not the 48-hour one. Anyone who doesn't send records in time is left out — and the report says so by name rather than quietly absorbing them into the totals.

You'll give us their exact names, emails and mobile numbers on the questionnaire, and we only contact the ones you tell us run their own systems.

Each provider who takes part also gets a one-page snapshot of their own numbers, just for them. That's usually what makes them say yes.
