The RVCC Winter markets are producer-only markets of farmers, food vendors, and juried arts & crafts vendors. Markets are held on the 1st Sat. of November & the 1st & 3rd Sat. of December 2026, and then the 1st Sat. of February, March, and April 2027. The winter markets at RVCC begin with a Pancake Breakfast from 8:30 - 10:30, plus music for customers and vendors' enjoyment.
There is space for approximately 25 vendors in the auditorium and 6-8 vendors each in the yoga & class rooms if they are available for use. Vendors must be 18 years of age or older. Vendor spaces will be assigned on a first-come basis. FARMERS & FOOD Vendors must comply with VA STATE REGULATIONS.
The cost per market space is $20.00 plus 5% of your total sales payable by check to RVCC. (Discount available for vendors who register for the whole season.)
Booth fees are due at the time of registration, and the 5% market fee is payable by cash or check at the close of each market
There is room for only one space per vendor & vendor spaces cannot be shared. Vendor space sizes vary and are a maximum of 6 ft. wide by 8 ft. deep. Each space has room for only two 6 ft. tables and is not suitable for large displays. Vendors are responsible for their own tables and VA state sales tax.
Set up is Saturday morning from 7:15-8:15 am. The markets are open from 8:30 am to Noon. Take-down begins at the close of market. We request that all vendors remain in their space until the market ends.
This application form allows you to sign up for all six Winter Markets or to register for individual market(s). If you wish to reserve a space(s), complete this form and return it with $20 per reserved market space or $100.00 for all six markets (payable in advance to RVCC by October 31, 2026). Payments may be made by cash, check, credit card, or online!
