REGISTRATION GUIDELINES & ELIGIBILITY
PLEASE READ

1. Age Requirement for Form Submission
   This form must be completed and submitted by a person who is 18 years of age or older.
2. Junior Contestants
   A parent or legal guardian of a JUNIOR contestant may complete and submit the form on behalf of the contestant and accept the Terms & Conditions of the contest.
3. Age Categories & Eligibility
   The contest is divided into two age categories:
   1. JUNIOR Category
      A contestant must be at least 12 years old and under 18 years old as of October 31, 2026 to compete in the JUNIOR category.
      In other words, a JUNIOR contestant must be born on or after November 1, 2008, and on or before October 31, 2014.
   2. ADULT Category
      A contestant must be 18 years of age or older as of October 31, 2026 to compete in the ADULT category.
      In other words, an ADULT contestant must be born on or before October 31, 2008.
4. Exception: A previous JUNIOR Champion may compete in the ADULT category regardless of age; the age requirement will not apply to such contestants.
5. Previous Adult Champions
   A previous Atlanta Indian Idol ADULT Category Champion is not eligible to compete in any category.
6. Song Genre: Songs performed must be a HINDI song from a  movie or OTT release. The song must have Hindi as the primary language.
7. Single Category Participation
   A contestant may compete in only one age category.
8. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
   All contestants must agree to and accept the Terms & Conditions of specified in this form and the contest Rules & Regulations.

9. Registration Fee
   The registration fee, once paid, is non-refundable.
10. Travel, Room & Board Contestants' Responsibility
    Should a contestant qualify to the Championship Round, they must agree to compete in-person in ATLANTA. Atlanta Indian Idol organizers are not responsible for anytravel, room, board or any costs related to their attendance and that Ithe contestant will responsible for arranging the same.
11. Prizes & Awards
    1. Certificate of Participation (against request in the application form)
    2. Attractive trophies will be awarded to the Champions, 1st Runners-up and 2nd Runners-up from each age category.
    3. Cash prizes will be awarded to the Champions, 1st Runners-up and 2nd Runners-up from each age category.
    4. Other categories of awards will be announced at a later date.
