If an accurate, clear vaccine record is not received, I cannot attend class until this is provided. Required shots: Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Rabies, Bordetella. Canine Influenza preferred. I understand that payment is due prior to first class and instructors reserve the right to alter class times as needed. I understand that after attending one class I am not eligible for a refund of unattended classes.
