Important Event Information

Event is from 10am to 8pm on September 11th 2027, and 11am to 4pm on September 12th, 2026. Booth setup begins at 4pm on September 10th. Booths must be completed no later than 9:30am on September 11th. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths.

No Refunds; However, if something arises and you can not make it to the event, the booth price will be transfered to the following year.
