Travel Commitment

Our 13U/14U Travel Team will participate in tournaments that require travel outside of the Redding area. Families are responsible for their own transportation, lodging, meals and other personal travel expenses in addition to club/player fees.

Parent/Guardian Consent, Liability & Media Release
By registering my child for Next Level Athletics (NLA), I give permission for my child to participate in NLA volleyball tryouts and understand that participation in volleyball and other athletic activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. I voluntarily assume these risks and agree to release and hold harmless Next Level Athletics, its directors, coaches, staff, volunteers and participating facilities from claims or liability arising from my child’s participation, to the extent permitted by law. If an emergency occurs and I cannot be reached, I authorize NLA staff to seek reasonable emergency medical treatment for my child. I also give Next Level Athletics permission to photograph and/or record my child during NLA tryouts, practices, games, tournaments and other activities, and to use those photos or videos for NLA social media, website and promotional purposes. I understand that participating in tryouts does not guarantee placement on a Next Level Athletics team.
