  • How to Interpret Your Score

  • 25–30: Champion

    You respond to everyday situations with intention and respect. Your language, tone, and actions reinforce independence and trust. Keep setting the standard others can learn from.

  • 15–24: Status Quo

    Your responses reflect common habits and industry norms. Many of your choices support positive interactions, though assumptions may still surface. Greater awareness and consistency will help older adults feel heard and understood by you.

  • 6–14: Rookie

    It’s time to get curious. Engage the older adult directly. Ask and listen to avoid assumptions. Choose respectful words over stereotypes or dismissive language. Small shifts build connection and trust so older adults feel valued.
