Participation Agreement and Waiver
I understand that this event includes outdoor walking or hiking, journaling and painting activities. I voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with participating, including uneven terrain, changing weather conditions, insects, plants, falls and possible reactions to art materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree not to hold Rooted Paths Outdoor Club, Creative Goddess Collections, Dominique Pruitt, the event organizers or volunteers responsible for injuries, losses or damages arising from my voluntary participation, except where prohibited by law.

I understand that I am responsible for following event instructions, remaining aware of my surroundings and informing the organizers if I need assistance.

Refund and Transfer Policy
Because space is limited and materials are purchased in advance, registration payments are nonrefundable. A registration may be transferred to another participant with advance notice.

If Rooted Paths cancels the event, participants will receive a refund. If the event is postponed because of weather, registrations will transfer to the new date. Participants who cannot attend the rescheduled date may request a refund within 48 hours of receiving the postponement notice.
