ORDER POLICIES & TERMS
By placing an order with Amor Creative Designs, you agree to the following policies:
PAYMENT & ORDER CONFIRMATION
Submitting an order request does not mean your order has been accepted or booked.
After your request is reviewed, you will receive confirmation of availability, final pricing and payment instructions.
Orders under $100 require full payment before design work or production begins.
Orders of $100 or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit before design work or production begins. The remaining balance must be paid before the completed order is picked up, shipped or digitally delivered.
Your order is not officially booked and your turnaround time does not begin until the required payment and all necessary order details, photos and information have been received.
PRICING
Prices listed on the order form are starting prices. Final pricing may vary depending on quantity, size, materials, personalization, design complexity and other custom requests.
Any additional charges will be communicated before production begins.
TURNAROUND TIME
Standard turnaround time is approximately 7–10 business days after the required payment AND all necessary photos, wording, sizes and design information have been received.
Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
Large orders, bulk orders, epoxy items, crochet items and highly detailed designs may require additional time.
Providing an event date does not automatically guarantee that your order can be completed by that date. Availability will be confirmed after your order request is reviewed.
RUSH ORDERS
Orders needed sooner than the standard turnaround time may be considered based on availability.
Approved rush orders may include an additional 25% rush fee.
Rush service is not guaranteed and may not be available for certain handmade products, including epoxy and crochet items.
DESIGN DETAILS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Please review all information carefully before submitting your order.
You are responsible for providing the correct spelling of names, dates, sizes, colors, wording, addresses, photos and other requested information.
Amor Creative Designs is not responsible for errors that were provided by the customer or approved by the customer before production.
DESIGN PROOFS, APPROVALS & REVISIONS
When a design proof is provided, please review it carefully before approving it.
Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply if changes can still be made.
Digital invitations include up to two revisions. Additional revisions are $5 each.
Major redesigns or changes that are different from the original request may require an additional design fee.
PHOTOS & IMAGE QUALITY
Please submit the highest-quality original photos available.
Screenshots, blurry images, heavily cropped photos, dark photos or low-resolution images may affect the quality of the finished design.
Amor Creative Designs will make reasonable efforts to create the best result possible but cannot guarantee that poor-quality photos can be completely restored or corrected.
CUSTOM & HANDMADE ITEMS
Many Amor Creative Designs products are handmade and/or individually customized.
Slight variations in color, placement, size, finish, glitter, epoxy or other handmade details may occur. Reasonable variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
OTHER, BULK & BUSINESS ORDERS
The “Other / Bulk / Business Order” option may be used for custom requests that do not fit one of the listed product categories, business merchandise, group orders, or larger-quantity shirt orders. Please provide as much information as possible, including the product, quantity, sizes, colors and customization needed. Business customers may upload their logo or artwork for review.
Bulk and business orders are individually quoted based on quantity, product type, sizes, materials, design requirements and turnaround time. Pricing shown elsewhere on this form may not apply to bulk orders. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or final pricing. Production will begin only after the final quote has been accepted and the required payment has been received.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Because products are customized specifically for each customer, payments become non-refundable once design work or production has begun.
If you need to cancel before work has started, please contact Amor Creative Designs as soon as possible. Any refund or cancellation eligibility will depend on the status of the order and any materials already purchased.
Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded because of a change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer or an approved design that the customer later decides they no longer want.
ERRORS, DAMAGE & ORDER ISSUES
If Amor Creative Designs makes an error on your order, the affected item will be corrected or replaced at no additional charge when appropriate.
Any issue with your completed order must be reported within 3 calendar days of receiving it. Photos of the item and packaging may be required.
Errors resulting from information submitted or approved by the customer are not considered production errors.
PICKUP
Customers selecting local pickup will receive pickup instructions once the order is complete.
Orders must be picked up during the agreed pickup time or another pickup arrangement must be made in advance.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Amor Creative Designs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of Amor Creative Designs’ control. Amor Creative Designs will assist with available tracking information or carrier-related issues when possible.
PARTY FAVORS
Party favors have a minimum quantity of 12 pieces per design unless otherwise approved.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, ages, dates, themes and event information.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be provided unless specifically stated in your order.
Due to the nature of digital products, completed and delivered digital products are non-refundable.
