Call for Participants: Research on Modern Workplace Decisions and Organisational Belonging
Algorithmic decision-making has moved from the periphery of HR information systems to the centre of organisational practice, increasingly shaping how performance is appraised and opportunities are allocated. This study examines the psychological underpinnings of that shift. Drawing on a social-cognitive perspective, we investigate how employees form justice judgements about workplace decisions and how those judgements shape organisational belonging.
We are seeking participants who meet the following criteria:
- Currently employed full-time in an organisational setting in Singapore.
- Working in a Professional, Manager, Executive, or Technician (PMET) role.
- Operating within knowledge-intensive sectors, such as Financial and Insurance Services, Professional Services, Information and Communications, or Healthcare and Social Services.
Participation Details:
- You will be asked to read a short, hypothetical workplace scenario and answer a series of evaluative questions.
- The survey will take approximately 5 to 7 minutes to complete.
- Your responses are anonymous and will be used solely for academic purposes.
- You may withdraw at any point without consequence.
Your insights will significantly contribute to our understanding of how decision-making structures impact relational outcomes in the workplace.
