  • Crown Society memberships are month-to-month memberships. All benefits, included services, credits, discounts, and privileges are valid only during the active membership time frame/month in which the membership is purchased and do not automatically carry over, roll over, or transfer to another month unless Pheonixx Fades expressly approves an exception. Memberships are subject to current Crown Society terms, availability, and applicable service/add-on charges. Submitting the form does not by itself complete payment or guarantee an appointment; membership and booking are confirmed directly by Pheonixx Fades.

  • After submitting your application, you MUST contact Pheonixx via text 678-371-6526 to confirm your application has been completed. After Pheonixx Fades reviews and confirms your membership/application and any variable Crown Design pricing, payment submission will be made directly to Pheonixx Fades using the payment instructions provided to you. Submitting the application itself does not constitute payment, and payment submission is completed directly with Pheonixx Fades after confirmation.
