Dates: Friday, October 16, 2026 10 am to 4 pm; Saturday, October 17, 2026 10 am to 4 pm; Sunday, October 18, 2026 10 am to 4 pm
Fees: Friday ONLY $30; Saturday AND Sunday $60; ALL THREE DAYS $60 (Payment link will be sent upon acceptance of application)
There will be NO early leaving of the event; if signed up for Saturday and Sunday, or all three day, there is no option to leave or not show up for Sunday; once committed via signature and payment, you are 100% committed.

Organizer reserves the right to make any changes or adjustments to the event/location for the betterment of the event and for the vendors.
By submitting this application and participating in the event, I understand and agree that I am participating at my own risk.
I agree that Rooster's Market, LLC, its owners, employees, representatives, volunteers, property owners, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, theft, damage, destruction, or injury involving my merchandise, displays, equipment, vehicles, personal property, myself, my employees, helpers, guests, or customers arising from or related to my participation in the event, except to the extent liability cannot legally be waived.
I understand that I am solely responsible for the security and protection of my merchandise, equipment, displays, and other personal property before, during, and after the event.
I understand that outdoor events may be affected by weather and other circumstances beyond the control of the event organizer. I accept responsibility for properly securing my tent, canopy, displays, merchandise, and equipment and for any damage or injury caused by items belonging to or used by me.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Royster's Market,LLC, its owners, employees, representatives, volunteers, property owners, sponsors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from my participation in the event or from the actions of myself, my employees, helpers, or representatives.
