This deposit is non-refundable, and it is required to secure your appointment date. This deposit comes out of the total cost on your appointment day.
Rescheduling

Our cancellation window for all appointments is 48 hours. Cancellation within this window or no-shows will result in a forfeit deposit and a new deposit must be paid to schedule again.
Rescheduling your appointment, outside of the 48 cancellation window, is permitted and your deposit will still apply. After 2 reschedules- your deposit may be forfeit and a new one will be required to book.
Lateness

If you show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and the deposit may be forfeit.
