Attendance at the concert is free for both performer and audience.

Data Protection and Photography

All information provided will be shared with the concert organisers.

We have a professional photographer who will take pictures and videos of the concert. We encourage attendees to enjoy the concert without taking pictures, and make it clear that photos should not be posted to social media if they show any children other than their own.

The official photos are uploaded to the photographer's website, and the link and password are shared with all families who registered for the concert. Photos are free to download from the website. Families are asked not to share the link and password, and reminded not to post photos of other children to social media.

One or two photos will be used to publicise the event (for example, posting on social media, inclusion in the Suzuki magazine). These are usually wide angle photos of group playing, and no children's names are included with the photos.

We want everyone to be comfortable and confident in taking part in the concert. If the above arrangements are not suitable for your family, please contact the director to discuss alternative options.
