• LSWO | Lone Star Kids Application Form

For Title One Middle Schools and Affiliates | 2026-2027 Season
  • The Lone Star Wind Orchestra is presenting its 21st season. An exciting season is planned and we hope you will join us for one of the concerts this season.

The Lone Star Kids program gives students of Title-I middle schools and affliates the opportunity to experience a high-quality wind band performance. For many, this is their first exposure to classical music - presented at a high level in a professional concert venue. Whether its the professional Lone Star Wind Orchestra (LSWO) or the elite high school honor group, the Lone Star Youth Winds (LSYW), the program promotes valuable artistic and educational experiences.

In seasons prior, we have had a maximum threshold of concert tickets we can offer. Before it was 50. But thanks to many supporters, we can now provide 150 tickets max to a Title-I school to attend one of our concerts.

Fill out the form below and let us know which concerts you are interested in. Rate them in order of your preference. Submitting early means more of a chance you will get you 1st choice.

Note: For schools not meeting the Title-I designation, individual and group tickets are available for performances at both venues. Visit lswo.com for details.

  • Format: 000-000-0000.
  • Format: 000-000-0000.
  • Are you a Title-I school?*
  • Ticket Quantity Requested

While the max is 150 tickets, if you need more than 150, please let us know. We will see if we are able to offer more.
  • The total ticket quantity requested exceeds the maximum allowed. Please adjust the quantities to a total of 150 or less.

  • If you have additional concertgoers beyond the students, directors, and chaperones (i.e., family, staff, non-band students, etc.), tickets must be purchased. If you want these tickets set up as a group where they can sit with your school, we can accommodate this request here. We call this an affiliated group order.

    Note:
This affiliated group order MUST be paid for by one entity - the school, band booster club, or individual.

    Note:
If family, staff, or others want to attend the concert independently, have them visit our website for links to the ticketing pages.
