Important Guidelines for FREE CLOTHES TO FAMILIES ONLINE
Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
1. ALL ITEMS ARE FREE
Every item listed in our online inventory is provided completely free of charge. You are only responsible for the applicable shipping and handling costs, which are based on the quantity, weight, and size of the items selected.
2. SHIPPING & HANDLING PAYMENT
After you complete checkout, you will receive an invoice by email with the shipping and handling cost. The email will include a secure link to submit your payment.
You will have 3 days from the time the invoice is sent to pay the shipping and handling cost. If payment is not received within 3 days, your order will be cancelled and the items will be returned to our available inventory.
3. ONLINE INVENTORY IS SEPARATE FROM OUR LIVE EVENTS
Items available through FREE CLOTHES TO FAMILIES ONLINE are separately sorted and reserved for online distribution.
These items are NOT available for pickup at our live FREE CLOTHES TO FAMILIES events.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. ITEM CONDITION & QUALITY
Items may range from brand new to gently used. We make every effort to inspect items before they are listed and provide only items that are in good, usable condition.
All food pantry items are unopened.
5. RETURNS & UNWANTED ITEMS
If you receive an item that you no longer want or need, you may return it to Manna Blessings Inc. in person or by mail.
Please note: You are responsible for all costs associated with returning or shipping unwanted items.
6. INVENTORY CHANGES & UPDATES
Our online inventory is updated regularly and items may be added, removed, or become unavailable at any time.
