1. Art ni Sara shop is accepting local (PH) orders only.
2. Mode of payment is GCash only.
3. Shipping via LBC Express on Fridays.
4. Larger orders will be shipped using J&T express.
5. Shipping fee may vary depending on your order and location.
6. Shipping updates will be posted on my social media account.
7. Please expect your package to arrive within at least 1-3 days after shipping. Delivery time may vary depending on your location or weather.
8. Art ni Sara will not be held responsible for any delays, missing orders, undelivered packages or other issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information entered by the customer.
9. The colors displayed on your screen may differ slightly from the printed physical product due to monitor settings.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS:
1. All sales are final. Strictly no returns/exchanges once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. In case of incomplete orders or damaged item, you may request a refund of the item. Please provide an unpacking video and send your request to artnisara@gmail.com and kindly wait for my response.
