PUMPKIN FUN RUN 2026 – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Entry Each registration is for one named participant only. A separate registration must be completed for each participant. An entry may not be transferred to another person without the organiser's prior approval.
2. Eligibility and fitness to participate The Pumpkin Fun Run is open to participants of all ages. By entering, the participant confirms that the information supplied is accurate and that they are sufficiently fit and well to take part. Participants should seek appropriate medical advice before taking part if they have any concerns about their health, fitness or ability to participate.
3. Participants under 16 Any participant under 16 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. By registering a participant under 16, the parent or guardian confirms that they have authority to consent to the participant taking part, accept these Terms & Conditions on their behalf, and will comply with any supervision requirements communicated by the organisers.
4. Participation and risk The Pumpkin Fun Run is an outdoor event taking place on farm terrain. The route may include grass, farm tracks, mud, uneven ground, wet or slippery surfaces, slopes and other natural hazards. Participants take part at their own risk and are expected to exercise appropriate care. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
5. Event instructions and conduct Participants must follow all reasonable instructions given by Nepal Run, Peterley Manor Farm, event officials, marshals and medical personnel. The organisers may refuse or stop a participant from taking part where this is reasonably necessary for safety, welfare or appropriate event conduct.
6. Event changes, postponement or cancellation The organisers reserve the right to alter the route, distance, start time, event format or other arrangements, or to postpone or cancel the event, where reasonably necessary because of weather, ground conditions, safety concerns, venue requirements, emergencies or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
7. Entry fees, refunds and transfers Entry fees and any refund, transfer or deferral arrangements are subject to the event's published entry policy. Participants must not give their place to another person without the prior approval of the organisers.
8. Peterley Manor Farm Participants must respect Peterley Manor Farm, its staff, visitors, property, crops, animals and restricted areas. Participants must remain within authorised event areas and the marked route, follow signage and marshal instructions, and dispose of litter responsibly.
9. Clothing and footwear Participants are responsible for wearing clothing and footwear appropriate to the weather, terrain and ground conditions.
10. Personal belongings Participants are responsible for their own belongings during the event. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
11. Medical assistance Reasonable first aid or emergency medical assistance may be provided where considered necessary. Relevant registration and emergency information may be shared with authorised event staff, medical personnel or emergency services where required for event safety and welfare.
12. Personal information Personal information provided during registration will be used to administer and safely deliver the Pumpkin Fun Run. Optional marketing communications from Nepal Run or Peterley Manor Farm require separate consent and are not a condition of entry.
13. Photography and video Photography and video may take place during the event. Photography and video consent is collected separately on this form. For participants under 16, consent must be provided by their parent or legal guardian.
14. Organiser decisions The organisers may make reasonable changes to these Terms & Conditions or event arrangements where required for safe and effective delivery. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants where practicable.
15. Governing law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
