    This program aims to include perspectives that have historically been underrepresented in civic leadership. We ask the following optional questions to better understand who is represented in our program and the communities our participants come from. This information helps us evaluate our outreach, strengthen our programming, and identify opportunities to make participation more inclusive and accessible.
