    Summer 2027
  • Victory Sports College Missionary Application
The Victory Sports College Missionary program is designed for college students who desire to dedicate their summer to serving on the mission field. Each missionary will raise funds to serve as a paid missionary and will commit to serving a minimum of four Victory Sports Camps during June and July.

Victory Sports Camps are mission trips that offer sports camps during the mornings and Vacation Bible School (VBS) during the afternoons for children entering first through sixth grade.

As a College Missionary, You Will:
SERVE – As a member of the Victory Sports Summer Staff team, you will take on the role of a servant leader—supporting our mission to share the Gospel message and empowering our mission trip teams to do the same. The days will be long but exhilarating as you seek to serve the campers, communities, local volunteer leaders, mission teams, and your fellow summer staff teammates.

LEAD – Together with your teammates, you’ll help lead mission trips and develop your leadership skills. Victory Sports leaders will equip you with training, resources, and guidance as you step into meaningful ministry roles—serving as the hands, feet, and voice of Christ at camp.

GROW – Our greatest desire is for you to grow in your relationship with Jesus. You’ll be stretched outside your comfort zone and challenged daily in your spiritual walk. Ministry can be messy and demanding, but through it all, you’ll experience God’s presence in new and powerful ways.

To participate in the College Missionary Program, you must commit to serving at least four camps during the summer.

Provide three references who can speak to your character, spiritual walk, and work ethic.

One reference must be from a pastor or church leader. A second should be from an employer, professor, or coach. The third may be another adult who knows you well.

Please share the following link with those completing your references:
