Thank you so much for your interest in getting tattooed by me!
My name is Lauren Walker, I've been tattooing since January 2023 and I specialize in black and grey semi–realism.
I mostly tattoo organic subject matter (animals, flowers + leaves, portraits, etc.), as well as some ornamental designs.
I work in an appointment–only private studio location near Longview, TX, and will disclose the address once you've booked a session.
I mostly accept projects that are my prefered subject matter, and in areas such as arms/legs, torso/chest, and back.
I generally don't tattoo hands, feet, or the neck/behind the ear area, although depending on the project I occasionally make concessions, so it never hurts to ask!
I have pre–designed flash available on my Instagram (@lunaire_tattoos) with flat rates assigned to them.
If you have a custom design request, there is a place on this form for you to submit any sketches/screenshots of your idea for me to reference.
*Aside from cartoon/anime/video game characters, I will not copy any one else's original design. Any images you provide me will be redrawn by me in my personal style.*
All of my designs, flash and custom, are given a flat rate. I do not charge hourly.
Booking Process
Once you've submitted your form, I'll approve it based on availability and if I feel I'm a good fit for the project.
In the event your project is out of my scope, I'll provide alternative design suggestions, or potentially reccommend other artists who specialize in that specific style.
I require a non–refundable booking fee of $75 to lock in a date on my books.
Once your appointment is approved, I'll send you a request for your $75 deposit.
I ACCEPT BOOKING FEE PAYMENTS THROUGH APPLE PAY, CASHAPP, VENMO, OR PAYPAL.
The $75 will be credited towards the final total of your tattoo. The final total of your design depends on placement and complexity. I'll give you a rough estimate of it when I first respond to your form, but the actual concrete total will be established when I send your design mock–up to approve.
You can pay the remainder of your total balance at the end of the appointment, and I do accept cash for that. If you don't have cash, I accept any of the payment vendors previously mentioned.
Once that's received, you'll be provided with my studio location and some other general pre–appointment reminders.
You'll also receive an appointment confirmation text message 2 days prior to our session.
When you're appointment is confirmed, I'll send you a mock–up of your design to approve or make changes to.
I kindly ask any changes are requested as quickly as possible so I have plenty of time before our appointment to complete those for you.
FAQS
Can I bring someone with me?
I totally understanding wanting to have support during this process, and I'm fine with you bringing up to 2 additional people. I can't accomodate anymore than that due to studio size constraints.
Can I use numbing cream before my appointment?
I would advise that you don't. There's mixed data out there regarding numbing creams efficacy– some people are fine, others have adverse reactions that affect the final outcome of the tattoo.
I can't force you not to, but please be advised if you choose to ignore my advice, the tattoo may not heal properly. I don't provide refunds or free touchups for tattoos under these circumstances.
What should I do the night before to have the best experience?
Please, please, PLEASE get a good night's sleep, have absolutely NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL in your system, and eat a good breakfast before we get started.
Can I bring my own items to make me comfortable?
Yes, I highly encourage you to bring your own blankets, headphones, snacks, etc.
I do provide pillows, but you can bring your own if you so wish.
Will you be talking to me throughout the appointment?
I will always give you a breakdown of the design and overall process before we get started, and you can stop me to ask questions at anytime.
However, some projects I choose to wear headphones for added focus, sometimes I play music over a speaker and communicate with you a little more. It really just depends on the complexity of the design, and your own personal personality preferences.
If you're nervous and a little light banter will help soothe that, I'm happy to do so! Just be aware there are certain times I will not be able to communicate if it's at the expense of giving you the most precise tattoo possible.
