Arts in South Surrey receives less than 1% of of the City of Surrey's $10.7 million annual operating budget and SAS is on the verge of bankruptcy because of it. Tell Surrey Mayor, councillors, and election candidates that you expect them to invest South Surrey residents’ arts tax dollars into our community, close to home, and to support long-overdue fair and equitable funding for Semiahmoo Arts Society. Ask them to publicly declare their commitment.
