What sizes are available?

Available sizes are 12 × 16 Petite, 16 × 20 Signature (Recommended), and 24 × 30 Statement.
Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes — you will receive a watermarked digital proof before printing to confirm names, spelling, and personalized details are accurate. Design revisions are not included. If FOUNDationYOU® UNLEASHED made an error in a name, spelling, or personalized detail supplied by the customer, that error will be corrected before printing at no charge.
When is payment required?

Once the questionnaire is reviewed and the order is confirmed, payment is required before custom design work begins.
What is your refund policy?

Because each piece is custom-created specifically from the customer's information and photos, payment is non-refundable once custom design work has begun. Damaged or production-defective finished orders will be addressed separately.
How long does the process usually take?

Turnaround depends on the concept, printing, and shipping, and will be confirmed before ordering.
