    If you do not have this number please indicate "Unknown" above. You MUST send this number to the club before November 1st, 2026. Archers who have not provided this number will not be allowed to shoot.

     

    If you need to register with the Saskatchewan Archery Association or renew your membership, this can be done at: SAA Memberships

  • Your child will be scheduled to shoot one evening a week. We cannot guarantee you will get the night you prefer due to the high number of participants and the varying shooting distances. However, please select a first and second choice below, and we will do our best to accommodate your children.

  • Is your child partaking in the Junior Olympic Program (JOP). Please note: we do not recommend the JOP Program for children shooting under 10 meters. JOP Fees are $25 in addition to regular Youth Archery Fees.*

  • Payment of Fees:

  • If your child is enrolled in only the Youth Program, fees will be $35.

    If your child is enrolled in both the Youth Program and JOP, fees will be $60.

  • Photography Consent - Do you give permission to the Fleming Archery Club to use photographs of your child on the Archery Club's Facebook Page and in the local newspaper?*

  • I, the undersigned parent/guardian, acknowledge that archery is a physical activity that involves the use of specialized equipment and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to accidental injury from equipment use, strain or sprain from physical activity, or injury caused by participation in group activities.

    By signing this waiver, I understand and agree that:

    1. My child is voluntarily participating in this archery program.
    2. I assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or accident that may occur as a result of participation. 
    3. I release and hold harmless the program organizers, instructors, and facility from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of my child’s participation. 
    4. I understand that instructors will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, but that complete elimination of risk is not possible. 
    5. I confirm that my child is physically able to participate and I will notify staff of any medical conditions or special needs relevant to their participation. 
    6. In the event of an emergency, I authorize program staff to secure appropriate medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached.
