ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
*Black-eyed peas must be an ingredient.
*Dishes must be prepared in advance and provide enough for 20 samples.
*Multiple categories may be entered; a separate entry form and dish are required for each category.
DISH DROP-OFF
*Deliver entries 10:30–11:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17.
*Official Judging Station: The Texan, 209 E. Tyler St.
*No late entries accepted.
*Dishes may be hot, warm or chilled and must arrive at the proper serving temperature.
JUDGING
*Judging is blind; each entry will be assigned a number.
**Taste: 25%
**Appearance: 50%
**Use of Black-Eyed Peas/Recipe: 10%
**Proper Temperature: 15%
