Live Out Loud/Student EmPOWERment Summit Vendor

The Live Out Loud/Student EmPOWERment Student Summit is focused on celebrating LGBTQ+ students and the adults and allies who support them. This half-day gathering is intended to connect and uplift LGBTQ+ students, Gender Sexuality Alliance members and advisors, and allies as they work for equal opportunity and fairness. The event’s focus remains on fighting bullying and discrimination and bringing all students together.
The Live Out Loud/Student EmPOWERment Student Summit is on November 7, 2026 at Delaware Technical Community College in Newark.

Doors open at 10AM. The Summit will begin at 11AM.

Vendors should be prepared to arrive between 9:00am-9:30am.

Students will have free time to visit vendors from 10AM-11AM and from 12PM-1PM.

Each Vendor will receive one table and one chair.

Last year, we had over 100 attendees and we expect similar numbers this year.

Vendor cost is donation based. Suggested donation is $75.00. You can make that donation here: https://uwde.org/give-online/. Check the "add a note" box and then indicate you are making the vendor donation for the "2026 Live Out Loud/Student EmPOWERment Student Summit."

If you cannot, make a donation at this time, it is no problem. We'd still love to have your organization attend.
