  • Would you like to schedule a health screening?

  • Health Screening October 6th (9am-2pm)

    Health Screenings available to all City of Hampton employees. Registration required. Blood pressure, Total Cholesterol, HDL, A1c, Body Mass Index, Tobacco Cessation, and Physical Activity screening's will be provided. If available, we ask Sentara members to bring your medical card. All screenings administered by Sentara. Registration closes 10/2 @ 12 noon or until appointment capacity is reached. Once in the Sentara scheduler, select October 6th on the calendar to see available appointments. All time slots have been filled.

  • 5 Minute Chair Massage October 6th 10am -3pm

    Welcome back Blackwell Selfcare because it's time for a little self-care. Take a moment to relax and enjoy a 5 minute massage. Registration is required. Registration closes 10/2 @ 12 noon or until appointment capacity is reached. All appointments have been filled.

  • Passport to Benefits Registration

    Thank you for registering to attend the 2027 Benefits & Wellness Fair. At the fair, you’ll receive your Passport to Benefits. Visit participating benefit partners, learn more about your benefits, and collect stamps along the way. Completed passports can be submitted at Benefits check-in table for entry into the prize drawing.

    Drawings will be held at 10am, 11am, 12 noon, 1pm and 2pm.
