Hold Harmless Agreement: I, the undersigned, understand that participation in sewing classes involves inherent risks. I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Jennifer Ballif and Desert Blooms Sewing School from any and all liability for accidents or injuries that may occur to my child(ren) while attending sewing classes, camps, or workshops.

Enrollment reserves a seat in a small-group class with limited availability. Because class sizes are small and materials are purchased in advance, last-minute cancellations are often difficult to fill. *A $25 deposit is required to reserve a seat in class (ESA students are exempt from the deposit requirement). The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before the first class or camp day. *ESA families requesting an invoice must contact Desert Blooms Sewing School directly and submit the invoice promptly upon receipt. *Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the first class or camp day are non-refundable. Once a class or camp begins, tuition is non-refundable and no credits or refunds will be given for missed classes, withdrawals, illness, vacations, or scheduling conflicts.
