  • Applicant Authorization & Certification

  • If Landlord rents the premises to Applicant, possession shall not be provided until the premises are ready for occupancy. Except as otherwise provided in the lease or required by law, Landlord shall not be liable for damages if the premises are not ready for occupancy on the date stated in the lease due to circumstances beyond Landlord’s control.

    Applicant authorizes Landlord, Property Manager, and their agents to verify all information provided in this application, including contacting current and previous landlords, employers, references, and other sources to verify rental history, employment, income, credit, and financial responsibility. Applicant also authorizes Landlord and its agents to obtain credit and tenant-screening reports for purposes of evaluating this application and, as permitted by law, for the collection of unpaid rent, late fees, damages, or other amounts owed.
