Vendor Application for Studio By The Tracks Holiday Open House 2026

Date & Time: Sunday, December 6th, 11am-3pm
VENDING DETAILS:
- Set-up will begin at 10am on Sunday, December 6th, and all vendors should be completely set up by 11am.
- The event will conclude at 3pm.
- Vendors will need to supply their own tables, tents, and chairs.
- The Studio will also be open to shop SBTT artwork and merch.
- We will hold the event rain or shine, but we will stay aware of the weather.
- We will send out an email before the event with a vendor map.
- We will be communicating with you by email, unless you make other arrangements with us.
- If you plan on donating a portion of your sales to Studio By The Tracks, just let us know so we can include that in our promotional materials. This is not a requirement.
