The CCOC selection committee is soliciting nominations from Clayton residents for this prestigious and important community award.

Criteria for the Award

The recipient(s) should be a citizen or citizens who have contributed outstanding service to the Clayton community.
Nominees should be people who have voluntarily given of their time, talent and energies without compensation.
Nominees do not necessarily need to be a member of the Clayton Chamber of Commerce, but should be a person(s) who have made a commitment to the well-being and quality of life in the Clayton area.

Nomination Procedure

Complete the nomination form below (all criteria must be addressed for consideration).
Attach a letter of recommendation (to this form below) listing details concerning the nominee’s name, employment, civic life along with activities and accomplishments that make the nominee worthy to be named Citizen of the Year.
Submit nomination to the Chamber no later than 11:59 p.m. on November 9, 2026.
