Thank you for your interest in the ILUMINA Digital Skills Accelerator, a 9-week hands-on learning series designed for established small business owners who want to build practical technology skills they can use in their day-to-day operations and long-term growth.
Each session builds on the one before it and combines instruction with dedicated time to put what you are learning into practice in your own business.
Please complete this application to be considered for the Fall 2026 cohort. Space is limited, and completing the application does not guarantee acceptance. Applicants will be notified in early October.
Program Details
Dates: October 14 – December 17, 2026
Class Days: Wednesdays and Thursdays
Time: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Location: Ephrata Recreation Center, 112 Basin Street SW, Ephrata, WA 98823
Length: 9 weeks
There will be no classes during Thanksgiving week, and make-up/practice sessions are included throughout the program.
Participants should plan to attend the full series because the classes are designed to build on one another.

Technology Provided
Each participating business will receive one new laptop computer to use throughout the program. Participants who meet the program’s attendance and completion requirements will be able to keep the computer at the end of the series. One computer per business.

The program is hosted by NCW Tech Alliance, SBDC, SkillSource, and Grant County EDC, with support from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Alcoa Foundation.
