    Team Nunavut - 2027 Canada Winter Games

  • Please complete this form to the best of your ability and provide as much detail as possible. The information collected will help Team Nunavut communicate important selection, training and travel details to all participants.

    It will also be submitted to the Canada Games Council to assist with coordinating and securing travel to and from the 2027 Canada Winter Games.

    Provide your teams desired travel plans to and from the 2027 CWG.

  • Please review the 2027 CWG – Team NU Charter Information document. This document outlines the tentative travel dates and times for all Team Nunavut charter flights to and from Nunavut for the 2027 Canada Winter Games.

    Please note that all charter schedules are tentative and subject to change as travel arrangements are finalized.

  • Will your sport/team be travelling to the 2027 CWG using the Team NU Charter(s)? Select YES or NO for your week.*

  • If members of your sport or team will not all be arriving from or departing to the same destination, please complete the INDIVIDUAL DEVIATION FORM LINK for each athlete, coach, manager, and staff member requiring alternate travel arrangements.

    Please provide information for all potential participants, even if your final team has not yet been selected or confirmed. This will allow Team Nunavut to identify potential travel requirements and options as early as possible.

     

     

    Important Note: Travel from the 2027 Canada Winter Games for sports, teams, or participants to locations outside Nunavut is not guaranteed. These travel arrangements will depend on seat availability on charter flights operated by other Provinces and Territories.

    Team Nunavut will make every effort to secure seats where possible. However, if we are unable to accommodate a sport, team, or participant on an alternate or deviated charter flight, the Territorial Sport Organization (TSO) will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of travel to and from the 2027 Canada Winter Games.
