This agreement serves as both your application and contract for participation in either the West Coast Women's Show or the West Coast Family Show.
Exhibitors participate in one show only. Show participation and booth zoning are based on your selections within this application and confirmed by Show Management. Applications for the Christmas Marketplace section are considered part of the West Coast Family Show.
Application Process
- Select your intended show, preferred booth locations., exhibit space, and any additional options.
- Show Management will review your application and assign a booth based on your preferences wherever possible. If your preferred choices are unavailable, the next best option will be assigned based on availability and suitability.
- An invoice identifying your assigned booth and the contracted charges will be sent to the email address provided.
Payment
Full payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Your booth is assigned when your invoice is issued and secured once payment is received. Until payment is received, Show Management reserves the right to release or reassign the booth.
