Food Annual Permit or Temporary permit must be uploaded to be approved. If you do not have a Permit please get with the NMED to get a Temporary for $25 per event.

Permit Notice:

If you do not have a current annual mobile food permit that covers your operation at this event, you must contact the New Mexico Environment Department to determine whether a temporary food permit is required.

If required, you are responsible for completeting the application, arranging any required inspection, and providing the event organizer with a copy of your issed permit before selling or serving food or drinks.

NMED's standard temporary food permit fee is $25 per event. Permit fees are paid to the permitting agency and are not to be given at the event. This is a free event.
