Scare actors are expected to remain in character, follow safety instructions, treat guests and fellow volunteers respectfully, and follow all safety rules established by the haunted house organizers. Volunteers may not intentionally touch, threaten, insult, chase guests outside designated areas, or perform unsafe actions.

Assumption of Risk & Release

I understand that volunteering as a scare actor at The Haunting of Harrow House involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, slips, trips, collisions, contact with props or set pieces, loud noises, low lighting, fog or special effects, physical exertion, and unexpected reactions from guests or other participants. I voluntarily choose to participate and acknowledge that I am responsible for following all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the organizers.

To the extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless The Haunting of Harrow House, its organizers, owners, staff, volunteers, and affiliated parties from claims arising from my voluntary participation, including claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss, except to the extent caused by conduct that cannot legally be waived or released.

I understand that I should immediately report any injury, unsafe condition, or concern to a member of the event staff. I also understand that I may be removed from the attraction if I engage in unsafe behavior or fail to follow established safety procedures.
