  • Full Payment

    For the full payment, Phase 1 Training is ₱13,900 for the Early Bird Rate and ₱16,000 for the Regular Rate. The Phase 1 Refresher is ₱5,000. Meanwhile, Phase 2 Training is ₱17,900 for the Early Bird Rate and ₱20,000 for the Regular Rate. The Early Bird Rate is available until one month before the first day of your preferred training date.

  • Installment Payment

    For installment payments, 50% (PHP 6950) of the Phase 1 fee is required to reserve your slot. For Phase 2, a ₱3,000 reservation fee is required. The remaining payment amounts and corresponding due dates will be determined based on the remaining months before the scheduled phase. We will send the complete payment schedule and instructions to your registered email address.

  • Important information about our training programs

    The Early Bird discount is available until one month prior to the first day of your preferred training date. To reserve your slot, a 50% down payment is required. The remaining balance may be settled two weeks before the training or arranged through an instalment plan. For flexible payment options, please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a customised computation based on your preferred arrangement. If fewer than 10 participants are enrolled, the session may be rescheduled. We offer flexible instalment plans and packages at discounted rates!   • Additional Guide 
    For the training, please take note of the following:

    Onsite/Hybrid (Phase 2 Training)
    • Trainees are expected to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time each day.
    • Complimentary coffee and biscuits will be provided onsite. Participants are responsible for their own accommodation, snacks, and meals. You may bring food into the training room or explore nearby dining options. The venue will be in Luzon (CALABARZON or NCR), with final details to be announced.
    • Cell phones should be kept silent during sessions to avoid disruptions.
    • Active participation is encouraged, and trainees should respect the shared learning environment.
    • Masks and sanitation practices may be required based on venue regulations.

    Online (Phase 1 and Phase 2):
    • Make sure to have a stable internet connection and a headset with a mic.
    • Trainees are expected to have their video camera ON during the training.
    • Trainees are expected to have their video camera OFF during the volunteer session.
    • Preferably kindly use a laptop to maximize online/live training.

    Terms and Conditions

    • The fee and down payment are non-refundable but may be carried over to your next preferred training date.
    • Trainees who are late or absent from workshop sessions will not receive a refund or make-up lessons. However, they will receive the teaching materials, if applicable.
    • Trainees are expected to behave in a seemly way during the workshops and not harass or bully other trainees. ESPASYO may terminate the trainee’s enrolment in the case of serious misconduct, and no fees will be refunded.
    • Sessions cannot be filmed or recorded without the written permission of ESPASYO.

    • If there are any changes to the training setup or venue, participants will be informed in advance (48 hours). If an onsite training is later moved online, payments made under the onsite rate will remain non-refundable.
    • ESPASYO and Brainspotting Philippines - TCS reserves the right to change the dates and times or any other details relating to courses at our discretion. Trainees will be given at least 48 hours’ notice.
