Breastfeeding Workshop:
This is a group workshop (workshops are held once a month) It's beneficial to pick the soonest available workshop. We strongly encourage your partner to attend. Kiddos are also welcome*, a play area will be available. Children do not need to be quiet or sit still, they are welcome to come as they are, (mine may sometimes be there!). Please let me know which session below you plan to attend.
Topics:
1. Your first feed (positioning, latch, colostrum transfer, etc)
2. Day 1 through 4: (feeding schedules, throubleshooting, necessary items)
3. Day 5 through 10: (milk arrival, volume transfer, positioning, etc)
4. SOS: how to find quick help (CLC's, resources, etc)
