TWO DIVISIONS. TWO CHAMPIONS.
The 2026 Fall Into Fitness Challenge will feature two separate competition divisions:
🏆 Male Division — Maximum 20 Participants
🏆 Female Division — Maximum 20 Participants
A Male Fall Into Fitness Champion and a Female Fall Into Fitness Champion will be crowned at the conclusion of the challenge.
HOW DO YOU WIN?
The eligible participant within each division who achieves the greatest reduction in body-fat percentage points between their official Baseline and Final InBody assessments will be declared the winner.
For example:
Starting Body Fat: 30.0%
Final Body Fat: 23.5%
Total Reduction: 6.5 percentage points
The competition is not determined by total pounds of body weight lost.
TIE-BREAKERS
If two or more eligible participants within the same division achieve the same reduction in body-fat percentage points:
First Tie-Breaker: Greatest increase in Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM)
Second Tie-Breaker: Greatest reduction in Body Fat Mass (BFM)
GRAND PRIZE
Each division Champion will receive:
🏆 100% of their individual challenge registration fee refunded
🎁 MiLEO Fitness & Nutrition swag package
🏅 2026 Fall Into Fitness Champion recognition
There will be two Grand Prize winners — one Male Champion and one Female Champion.
GRAND PRIZE ELIGIBILITY
Winning isn't based solely on your final InBody numbers. Participants must also meet the challenge participation requirements.
Participants must maintain at least 80% overall program compliance to remain eligible for a Grand Prize.
Compliance may include workout completion and logging, required check-ins, nutrition tracking when required, scheduled body-composition assessments, and reasonable participation in the prescribed program.
PROGRESS PHOTOS ARE MANDATORY
Front, side, and back progress photos must be uploaded directly through the MiLEO Fitness app during:
Week 0 • Week 2 • Week 4 • Week 6 • Week 8 • Week 10
Week 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 photos must be submitted by Sunday at 11:59 PM Mountain Time.
This requirement is non-negotiable for Grand Prize eligibility.
The 80% compliance standard does not override the photo requirement. All required progress-photo submissions must be completed to remain eligible to win.
Progress photos are used for accountability, documentation, and verification. They do not subjectively determine the winner.
BODY-COMPOSITION TESTING
Official results will be determined using the designated MiLEO InBody assessment process.
Participants are expected to make reasonable efforts to complete their Baseline and Final assessments under similar conditions and must not intentionally manipulate hydration, food intake, exercise, or other variables for the purpose of influencing their results.
The Week 5 InBody assessment is a progress checkpoint only and does not determine the winner.
FINAL ELIGIBILITY
MiLEO Fitness & Nutrition will review official InBody results, required progress-photo submissions, and overall program compliance before declaring the Male and Female Fall Into Fitness Champions.
Put in the work. Follow the program. Track your progress. Finish what you started.
