OKsWagen 2026 Car Show Registration

Join us for the 2026 OKsWagen Festival Car Show! We’re excited to continue this Tahlequah tradition and welcome all makes, models, builds, and VW enthusiasts to Downtown Tahlequah.
Registration
Pre-Registration: $25
Day-of Registration: $30 — CASH ONLY
Pre-registration is encouraged to help us get everyone checked in and parked as smoothly as possible.
Important Arrival Information
Car check-in begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday, October 3.
All vehicles must be checked in and parked by 10:30 AM.
The ONLY entrance for car show vehicles is Delaware Street from Water Avenue.
Please follow directions from event staff when entering and parking.
Once your vehicle is parked, please plan to leave it in place for the duration of the car show unless otherwise directed by event staff.
Please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive, check in, and get parked before the 10:30 AM deadline.
All pre-registered vehicles will receive a voucher at check in for a tshirt to be redeemed at the TMSA merch booth - sizes are first come, first served.
Voting closes prior to the awards presentation.
🏆 Awards will be presented at 2:00 PM at the OKsWagen music stage.
- General Rules & Regulations
- All vehicles must be registered and checked in prior to participating in the car show.
- Vehicles must remain in their assigned spaces until the conclusion of the car show unless otherwise approved by event staff.
- No reckless driving, burnouts, racing, revving engines excessively, or other unsafe behavior will be permitted.
- Please keep music and other noise at a reasonable level.
- No open flames, fireworks, or hazardous materials are permitted in the car show area.
- Please keep your display area clean and dispose of trash properly.
- Participants are responsible for their vehicles, belongings, displays, and personal property at all times.
- TMSA and OKsWagen Festival organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any vehicle or participant from the event for unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior.
- Event organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to parking assignments, event procedures, or schedules as necessary for safety and event operations.
- Registration fees are non-refundable, including in the event of inclement weather, cancellation, or a participant's inability to attend.
- Liability & Release
By registering for and/or participating in the OKsWagen Festival Car Show, I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I assume all risks associated with attending and participating in the event.
I understand that Tahlequah Main Street Association (TMSA), OKsWagen Festival organizers, event staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, the City of Tahlequah, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury to any vehicle, person, personal property, or belongings before, during, or after the event.
I agree to be responsible for any damage or injury caused by me, my vehicle, or members of my party to other persons or property.
I release and hold harmless TMSA, OKsWagen Festival organizers, event staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, the City of Tahlequah, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising from my participation in the event, except where prohibited by law.
I understand that I am responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for my vehicle and personal property.
Photo & Media Release
By participating in the OKsWagen Festival Car Show, I grant TMSA and OKsWagen Festival organizers permission to photograph and/or record my vehicle and my participation in the event and to use those images or recordings for promotional, advertising, social media, website, and other festival-related purposes without compensation.
Registration Agreement
By submitting this registration, I confirm that I have read and agree to the OKsWagen Festival Car Show rules, regulations, and liability release above. I understand that failure to follow event rules may result in removal from the event without a refund.
