Please review the following policies.
1. Nut-Free Policy: I understand that all lunches and snacks brought to camp must be strictly nut-free. No peanuts, tree nuts, or nut-based products are permitted on studio premises at 106 Fulton St. Any items containing nuts will be safely stored away and not served to children.)
2. Liability & Medical Release: I agree to the standard studio activity waiver and emergency medical consent. I give permission for my child to participate in all activities at Music Beans / FiDi Creatives (106 Fulton St, 3rd Floor). I release Music Beans LLC, FiDi Creatives LLC, and their staff from liability for personal injury, illness, or property loss during camp. In a medical emergency, I authorize staff to administer basic first aid and, if I cannot be reached, to secure emergency medical treatment at my expense.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy: I acknowledge that full refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the camp date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the camp date are non-refundable.
4. Share the Fun! (Photo Permission): I’m okay with Music Beans / FiDi Creatives taking photos and videos of my child to share camp highlights on their website and social media. (To opt out, simply let staff know at morning drop-off).
