Call for Speaker Proposals

We invite you to submit a proposal to speak at the 2027 Annual Conference & Exhibition (ACE), May 16-19 in New York City.

Whether you're an NCPERS service provider, fund member, or stakeholder, we encourage you to submit a proposal and share your expertise at ACE 2027.

Key Dates

October 7, 2026: Submissions open

January 8, 2027, at 11:59 pm ET: Submission deadline

January 9–31, 2027: Review process

February 1–5, 2027: Acceptance notifications

April 30, 2027: Final presentation materials due

Requirements

NCPERS Membership Required to Present

Presenters must have a current NCPERS membership before their proposals can be confirmed. Proposals from CorPERS members receive priority consideration, but acceptance is not guaranteed.

Registration for ACE 2027

Speakers must register. CorPERS members receive one complimentary speaker registration; others pay the standard rate.

Presentation Content

Keep sessions noncommercial. Product references in case studies must support learning rather than promotion.

Before submitting, please confirm the following:
All proposed speakers are aware of this submission and have confirmed their availability to participate on either May 17, 18 or 19.
The proposed session will be educational and free of sales pitches or promotional content.
I understand that my organization may submit multiple proposals, but only one proposal per organization may be accepted..
I have reviewed the NCPERS speaker requirements and understand the membership and registration policies.
Please review your proposal for completeness and accuracy before submitting.

Acceptance notifications will be sent February 1–5, 2027.
