I acknowledge that participation in baseball/softball activities involves inherent risks of injury. I agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the Wolves staff, coaches, and facility management from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of injury or medical conditions during the camp. In the event of an emergency, I authorize the staff to secure necessary medical treatment if I cannot be reached immediately.
