Applicants must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, have multicultural or international heritage relevant to the program, and show at least 24 months of operational activity and impact. The nominee or business must have a Victoria branch or business presence. Victoria residency is not required.

Finalist Fee & Exclusive Inclusions
There is no cost to submit a nomination. If selected and proceeding, a one-time Finalist Package Fee applies from AUD 999. Inclusions may include 2 VIP Gala invitations, a one-page profile in the commemorative TOP 100 book, a professional photoshoot, a video interview depending on package, a personalised plaque and certificate, a printed/collector’s book copy, a 2-year profile/listing on elitetop100.au, and marketing/media exposure, plus administration, event access, recognition materials, production, branding, and award licensing costs. The fee is payable only upon approval/selection if the finalist chooses to proceed, and payment does not determine judging outcomes or guarantee an award.
