Official sweepstakes rules, conditions and disclaimers
The sole sponsor of this sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is Kele, Inc. (“Kele” or “Sponsor”), located at 3300 Brother Boulevard, Memphis, TN 38111. The Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules. By entering, each participant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCE OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. WINNERS WILL BE DETERMINED THROUGH A FAIR AND RANDOM SELECTION PROCESS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
Entering Sweepstakes: No purchase or event attendance is necessary. Eligible persons may enter one (1) drawing for each applicable event by either (a) completing a paper entry slip with their name, phone number and/or email address and depositing it in the designated entry container at that event before 1:45 p.m. local time on the event date, or (b) mailing or delivering a free paper entry to the applicable local Kele store as described at the end of these Official Rules. Limit one (1) entry per person per city drawing, regardless of entry method. Duplicate, illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. Marketing consent is not required to enter.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at entry. Attendance at an event is not required. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of Kele, its affiliates, and agencies involved in administering the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible.
To protect the administration, security, fairness and proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel it if fraud, error, events outside its reasonable control or other circumstances materially impair the promotion, subject to applicable law.
Sweepstakes Period and Event Schedule: Two (2) separate drawings will be held, one at each Oklahoma event. Each drawing has its own eligible entry pool and winner. In-person entries will be accepted only on the applicable event date and must be deposited by 1:45 p.m. local time. Advance mail-in or drop-off entries must be received at the applicable local Kele store by the deadline stated at the end of these Official Rules. All times shown are local to the event city.

Prizes: Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Washington Wizards NBA game on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. local time. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each two-ticket prize is $560. Each winner receives only the two-ticket prize designated for the event at which they entered.
The value of the prize will be taxable to the winner as income. All U.S. federal, state, and local tax liability, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the responsibility of each Winner (regardless of whether the prize, in whole or in part, is used). Sponsor will supply appropriate receipts of prize value if requested.
Tickets are valid only for the specified NBA game, subject to ticket issuer, arena and team terms and conditions. Tickets may not be resold where prohibited by applicable ticket terms. Transfers, substitutions, cancellations and postponements are subject to applicable ticket rules and law.
Only the elements of the prize described above are being awarded to the winners. Winners are solely responsible for all incidental expenses, including ground transportation, meals, tips and gratuities, or any additional taxes and fees associated with the receipt and/or use of the prize. A refund or cash equivalent will not be provided to winners if the actual retail value of the prize is different from the stated approximate retail value. Subject to applicable law, Sponsor is not obligated to provide a cash equivalent if the game does not take place due to delays, interruptions, or failures due to acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, acts or threats of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, work stoppages, fire, acts of government, or other events outside of the reasonable control of Kele. Kele will have no responsibility or obligation to the winner who is unable or unavailable to, or who does not for any reason, utilize a prize or any portion thereof. Kele will be released from all liability incurred if winner’s behavior or the behavior of such individual’s guest(s) is disruptive, belligerent, unlawful, abusive, intended to annoy, threaten or harass, any other person at the venue, event or performance. Under such circumstances, the individual (and/or guest) may be asked to leave and may forfeit all remaining portions of the prize.
Publicity rights: Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor may request the winner’s separate consent to use the winner’s name, likeness and statements for promotional purposes. Entry does not require consent to unrelated marketing or an unrestricted perpetual publicity release. Sponsor may identify winners as required by law.
Winner Selection and Notification: Two (2) potential winners will be selected in total, one (1) at random from all eligible in-person and timely received advance mail-in or drop-off entries for each city drawing. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received for that city. Each winner will be notified in person, by phone or email no later than five (5) days after the applicable drawing. Winners need not be present to win. The same eligibility, random-selection process and prize apply regardless of entry method.
If the potential winner fails to respond within twenty-four (24) hours after attempted or cannot be contacted despite reasonable efforts, is ineligible, declines the prize or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries, subject to applicable law.
Accessibility of Official Rules and Winner Information: These Official Rules will be available at the event entry location and available at https://bit.ly/3TZfysL. Where required by law, Sponsor will provide the winner’s name upon written request addressed to Kele, Inc., Attn: Marketing – Customer Appreciation Day Sweepstakes Winners, 3300 Brother Boulevard, Memphis, TN 38111. Requests must be received within two (2) weeks after the applicable drawing.
Additional Liability Release and Indemnity: By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Kele and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, to the extent permitted by applicable law, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize award pursuant thereto or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions related to the Sweepstakes; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of the winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee or the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Tennessee; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Tennessee.
This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Kele, Inc. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or affiliated with NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, the National Basketball Association, any NBA member team or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, the “NBA Entities”). To the extent permitted by applicable law, Entrants release the NBA Entities from claims arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.
Alternative Free Entry (No Event Attendance Required): To enter without attending an event, mail or deliver a piece of paper containing your name, email address and phone number to the applicable Kele store listed below. Entries must be received at the applicable store by 5:00 p.m. local time on the date specified: Oklahoma City, October 19, 2026, at Kele, Inc., 219 N.E. 38th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73105; and Tulsa, October 20, 2026, at Kele, Inc., 11363 E. 60th Place #100, Tulsa, OK 74146. Mailed entries must arrive by the stated deadline; a postmark alone does not qualify. No purchase or event attendance is necessary. Limit one entry per person per city drawing, regardless of entry method. Timely eligible entries received by mail or delivered to the store will have the same chance of winning as entries submitted at the event.
