• Trunk-or-Treat Registration Form

  • The Annual Trunk or Treat at St. John UMC in Winter Haven is a family favorite event within the community. This year we are thrilled to announce a collaboration between Polk County Moms and St. John UMC to make it an even bigger celebration of all the pumpkin fun. The Trunk or treat will be held on Sunday October 11, 2025 from 4 pm to 6 pm. It is FREE and open to the public. 

    We are looking for businesses, organizations and families to participate in the Annual Trunk or Treat Family Event. For sponsorship opportunities please semail us at info@polkcountymoms.com

  • Please read the policies carefully and make sure you understand and comply with each item

    • Vehicle set-up begins at 3 pm. Vehicle's will NOT be allowed into the parking lot after 3:45 pm due to safety purposes.
    • An adult must be with the vehicle throughout the event. Vehicles cannot be left unattended due to safety purposes.
    • NO scary displays will be allowed on the decoration and costumes. This is family friendly event for kids of all ages.
    • Participants are required to decorate their trunk. We encourage you to dress up and make it a must stop for families. Think outside the box - photo spot or a quick game - this is a great way to make an impression on the community. 
    • Each participant will need to provide their own pre-packaged candy or treats. Other items such as stickers, temporary tattos, pencils, erasers, halloween themed promotional toys are allowed. Remember trunk or treaters come in all ages from kids to teens. If you run out of candy please see organizers - we will restock candy while supplies last.
    • Please avoid candy with nuts or chocolate. Nuts are a common food allergy and chocolate melts in the Florida heat.
    • NO open flame, fireworks or flamable material allowed.
    • NO political advertising or themes of any kind will be allowed. 
    • This is an Alcohol-Free event. 
    • Vehicles must stay until until the end of the Trunk or Treat event. For safety purposes vehicles will not be permitted to move or leave until the area is cleared of children and families.
